Sorry it's been such a long time since my last post. Work got kind of crazy and mac and cheese blogging kind of fell to the wayside.
But! To make it up to my loyal readers, I'm hoping to do a "field trip" post about my LAS VEGAS Mac and Cheese experience! I'll be heading to Vegas soon (for the first time, mind you), and of course I'll have to find somewhere to grab some mac!
I may need some help, though. Since I've never been to Vegas, I'll need some recommendations. I've heard great things about the food in Vegas so I would expect nothing less than excellence from their mac and cheese options.
Here are a few places I've found while perusing the interwebs that may prove promising:

@ Wynn Las Vegas
Look how fancy... and small... This might not be enough to keep me playing at the tables and dancing at the club later... They do have a truffle dipping sauce though...

@ The Bellagio
These look heavy... like... really fried. However, they do have 4 cheeses PLUS prosciutto and truffle oil... A winning combination. Maybe not before dancing...

@ The Plaza
They use Manchego cheese! I don't think I've ever had that before! This could be the one...

Alright, I think we have a winner. The Mac Shack is Vegas' very own version of the Bay Area's beloved Homeroom. This place is dedicated to mac and cheese (and some alfredo dishes). Might have to see how it stacks up against my Bay Area #1.
Do you have any Las Vegas Mac & Cheese recommendations? I'd love to hear them! Wish me luck, and not just at the slots! :)
