Mac of the Day: Plain Ol' Mac & Cheese

So I'm cheating a little bit today by posting a recommendation from SF Gate.  I figured it works because this is probably going to be one of the next mac and cheese dishes that I try.  Actual Cafe has their customizable version called the Plain Ol' Mac & Cheese, which is anything but plain.  You can add from a large list of options including bacon, jalapenos, mushrooms, and more.  Looking forward to trying this guy!
